Major Checklists Updates + More

This release includes several updates across Operations and Talent designed to improve flexibility, clarity, and control across your locations.

We’ve introduced several new capabilities within Checklists:

You can now create checklists with an Ad hoc frequency. These are published and run manually whenever needed, rather than on a fixed schedule.

Ad hoc checklists can be marked as Global. Global checklists are visible across all locations and can be used company-wide. Only users with permissions can manage global checklists.

(Must have both Ops and Talent)

Checklists can now be tied directly to specific employees, improving accountability and reporting.

A new Company Setting allows you to hide completed checklists in the mobile app, keeping active work front and center.

Yes/No task types can now trigger an Ad hoc checklist based on the response. You can trigger a checklist for “Yes,” “No,” or neither. This allows you to build structured follow-up workflows directly into your processes.

A Notes task type has been added to allow written observations within a checklist without requiring a Yes/No or completion toggle.

We've made additional improvements to viewing individual checklists.

Work Orders now support a “Project” type for larger upgrades, renovations, or one-time initiatives that don’t fit standard maintenance workflows.

You can now define when a work order should be completed using a scheduling window (Anytime, After Hours, or Planned Shutdown). This provides clearer expectations for maintenance planning.

Set a minimum number of days’ notice required before employees can request a specific day off.

The roles page now displays permissions in collapsible folders to make adjusting permissions easier.
