REMINDER: You will need to update roles across your organization to see the new features.
This is a very large release that includes several updates across Operations, Checklists, Reports, and the WashStacks app. The focus is practical: better visibility across locations, more flexible workflows, and faster access to the tools your staff uses every day.
Assets
Assets are now available across locations
You can now track assets across all your locations and connect them to the operational work happening around them.
You can now link:
  • Parts to Assets
  • Work Orders to Assets
  • Downtime to Assets
  • Claims to Assets
This gives you a clearer picture of each piece of equipment over time, including maintenance history, parts usage, downtime, and related claims.
Checklists
Embedded Checklists
You can now nest checklists inside other checklists, giving you more flexibility for detailed processes, inspections, and follow-up workflows.
New Task Types
Checklists now support additional task types:
  • Date
  • Employee
  • Choice
  • Pass/fail
Generate Work Orders from Task Responses
You can optionally generate a work order from a pass/fail task, so failed checks can move directly into follow-up work.
Complete Checklists on the Web
Checklists can now be completed from the web, not only from the mobile app.
Checklist Management Moved Under Templates
Checklist management now lives under Templates in the app.
Restrict Who Can Run Ad Hoc Checklists
You can now restrict who can run Ad hoc checklists on a per checklist basis. Set "restrict to role" under the Checklist Template.
Chemical Management
Chemicals v1 is now available
The first version of Chemicals is live, giving operators a dedicated place to begin managing chemical-related information in WashStacks.
Documents and Templates
Document Library is now available in the app
The Document Library can now be accessed from the app, making important documents easier to find while teams are in the field.
Template Library is live
You can now browse the Template Library for best-practice examples across checklists, response templates, and review templates. More templates will be added over time.
Reports
Reports page refresh
The Reports page has a refreshed design, along with new and updated reports for:
  • Work Orders
  • Claims
  • Checklists
Display and App Experience
Dark Mode
Dark Mode is now available. Enable it under your profile picture on the web, or under More in the app.
App navigation updates
The app navigation has been reordered to make operations tools easier to access.
Dashboard work order counts
Tapping Work Order counts on the app dashboard now takes you to a filtered list of Work Orders.
Parts and Assets
Website Fetch and Fill for Parts and Assets
Website Fetch and Fill is now available for Parts and Assets, making it faster to bring in useful details from supplier or product pages.
POS Integration Beta
POS integrations are rolling out in beta
POS integrations with DRB SiteWatch, Sonny's, and NXT are rolling out in beta to select users.
These integrations provide hourly reporting. The next planned update is scheduled work orders based on car count.
