This update includes a series of minor changes, most of which were driven by client feedback and requests. These include:
  • URLs typed into most description fields and notes will automatically link.
  • Notes can now be left on closed claims and work orders.
  • Emails now show up under contacts in the App.
  • Max image size for uploads has been increased to 8mb.
  • You can now add notes to Downtime incidents.
Checklists
In checklists, we added two new schedule options: Once every 2 hours and Once every 6 Months.
We are very close to rolling out major new features in Checklists, including the ability to create Adhoc checklists (which can be run manually) and Triggered Checklists.
Payroll
Payroll received some major updates to simplify and improve the workflow in preparation for our upcoming integration with payroll providers, starting with Paylocity.
